Warranty
What the warranty covers
90 days on labour, 365 days on parts, genuine OEM parts only. Written on the invoice, not just on a web page.
The terms
- Labour
- 90 days from the date of the invoice, on the specific repair carried out.
- Parts
- 365 days from the date of the invoice, on every component we supply and fit.
- Sourcing
- Genuine OEM parts only. No aftermarket substitutes, no salvage boards.
- Return visit
- No second diagnostic fee if the same fault returns inside the labour window.
- Transfer
- Stays with the appliance if the house sells. Ask the new owner to keep the invoice.
Covered
- The repair we carried out failing again in the same way.
- A part we supplied failing inside its term, including the labour to swap it.
- A fault we misdiagnosed. If the part did not fix the symptom, that is on us, not on your invoice.
- Workmanship: seals, gaskets, wiring and fixings we disturbed to get in.
Not covered
- A different fault on the same appliance. Coastal kitchens usually have more than one thing going on, and a new symptom is a new diagnostic.
- Damage caused by continuing to run the appliance after we have written a fault up. Once it is in the report, running it anyway is the owner's call.
- Corrosion on a part we did not supply, and damage from a surge, a flood or a strike after our visit.
- Work another trade has done to the appliance, the gas line, the duct or the circuit since we left.
- Cosmetic marks, glass, and consumables such as bulbs, filters and batteries.
Making a claim
Call and read us the invoice number. We book the return visit inside our normal hours across Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Johns County, with no $129 charge when the claim is inside its term.
This is Dunecrest Cooking Service's own warranty on our own work. It is separate from any warranty Wolf gives on the appliance itself, and it neither extends nor replaces it. If the appliance is still inside its factory term, say so when you call — it may be better for you to use that instead.
