Privacy notice
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third-party server. What follows is the short version because there is not much to describe.
This website
- No cookies are set. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics, no pixels, no advertising or social network scripts.
- Fonts, styles and images are served from this domain. Your browser is never asked to fetch anything from another company's server.
- There is no contact form and no account. The only way to reach us from this site is to place a phone call.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested — for security and capacity. We do not build profiles from them.
When you book
To carry out a repair we need your name, a phone number, the service address and what the appliance is doing. We keep the job record, the model and serial number and the invoice, because a warranty claim depends on them.
That information is used to do the work, to order parts and to keep our books. It is not sold, rented, or handed to a marketing company. Parts suppliers and our payment processor see only what they need to fill an order or settle a card payment.
Records are kept as long as tax and warranty obligations require, then disposed of. Ask and we will tell you what we hold on your appliance, correct it, or delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
